This Tuesday and Next Sunday

Giving names to all your pottery pieces can be a bit of a FUN challenge. Heck for me, most of the challenge is in spelling it correctly - which there have been a couple of pieces that do end up with getting their name written and 'set in stone' spelled wrong. Shows a bit more of my personality in these pieces.

These were named on a whim as most of my pieces are and ended up getting the days of the week, but with a twist. I like it because it feels like there is a strange balance of time when it exsist with the words next or past. The word THIS helps bring us back to the present.

I've always had a fascination with time. I suppose that pinhole photography was destine to be in my future with its long exposures - that seem to capture more than just a moment in time, but more like a section or story in time.
