they are transforming. These are bigger. I wanted more of an olive shape with spikes so that I could insert the spikes into other piece... not sure it is going to work.
I'm back to eating like a rabbit. All Fruits and Veggies, hopefully get this weight under control. I think I will also go for a run this morning.
