This is a dish that the idea came from watching Top Chef. Cheezy grits, with shrimp wrapped bacon. Oh YUM. I would have never eaten grits until I saw this dish and thought ya know that sounds pretty good. AND let me just say for all you guys/gals who don't eat grits... Trust me this would be the way to try them.
