Ting Tang and Y

So this was breakfast I made one weekend. It sorta has southern flair with a hint of northern style. This is a dish that the idea came from watching Top Chef. Cheezy grits, with shrimp wrapped bacon. Oh YUM. I would have never eaten grits until I saw this dish and thought ya know that sounds pretty good. AND let me just say for all you guys/gals who don't eat grits... Trust me this would be the way to try them.


I'm started on the next project at school and my other piece is out of the kiln. I know you guys must be dying to hear about it. However, you will have to wait until I can grab a photo or two.
