Looking Out early in the morning

French Cowboy is looking out on one of the many days I exposed my solargraphy shot. Which a while back I took another one. I think they are pretty cool since they turn out to be in color and you don't need any chemicals to get your neg.
Last night I finally went to the store and got an herbal sleeping aid, its called melatonin. I also went running but that didn't seem to tire me enough to fall asleep. So I took the melatonin and it was an odd feeling. Like my brain had been scrunched up from thinking and it became sorta sore while it was trying to drift off to sleep. It did help me fall asleep, I didn't stay asleep, but it was easier to fall back to sleep when I did wake in the middle of the night.
