This is a 4 day exposure. Using just regular black and white photographic paper as my negative & then scanning it in and converting it to a positive. Kinda has that Dorthy Wizard of Oz Movie kind of feel to it.
I was surprised at how much color there was and to see how much detail turned out for just 4 days of sunshine and no chemical processing.
Yesterday I was walking to class and the cold breeze was a blowing as I held my hot tea container close to me. I noticed I was approaching a little tea shop that had a table sitting out with a large chrome container & little cups for people to take a sample of their tea. Well, I've see it out a time or two before, but was a little shy to helping myself. I would talk myself out of it feeling a bit like a hog since I already had hot tea with me. Then I talked myself into it, because I figured well that just means I like tea and I want to see how their tea taste. So as I was filling up the little sample cup I read the name of the tea "Better than Sex Tea". I continued walking to class and had a sip of the tea, smiling as I thought of the name again and giggled too.
After class as I was walking by the tea shop again, I couldn't help but get another cup - lets just say it was some darn good tea! I kept on walking, got to the end of the block & turned around. I went back to the tea shop & got some of the loose leaf tea to take home and make for later! The tea mixture is a delicious Rooibos blend with organic farm -grown peppermint & bits of Belgian dark chocolate. I now have to make a tea budget after being in that shop & smelling all their blended teas. YUM.
