Not quite pasties
Posted by Rabbit (Richmond, United States) on 23 February 2009 in Art & Design.
Continuing on with the art piece. Here it is shown with pieces of paper to keep the baby feeding part separated from the rest of the boob. I did this because eventually they will become the shutter caps for a camera. This will be a difficult camera to make function with this type of form, but I'm up for a good challenge.
Mom went through the operation. In the Dr.s words to my mom he said "Your operation was a thing of beauty." He continued on to say it went smoothly and easily. On an interesting observation I would say this is the healthiest I have ever seen my mom come out of an operation. She actually looked BETTER after it (and I mean right after the operation) than she did before the operation. Especially for someone in the frail stages of chemo.
Today I must go find some lace fabric. One would think I should have a piece or two in my COLLECTION of fabric. I do have 1 small piece, but that is not nearly big enough for my art piece. 9:00 I'll be hitting the stores.
The search for lace,
