Shoes vs. Food

This is one of my favorite images. Why? One reason is because it was a acidental double exposure. Also this was taken with 2 different cameras. The first image was taken in class with the camera titled: You're the bottom I'm the top. The second image of the shoes was taken with the camera titled: Mmm Candy. That happened because I must have taken the negative out and put it in the WRONG side of my photo paper holder. I have one side for exposed negs and the other side for unexposed. Well I can see that i must had mixed up where to put this one.
Its called Shoes vs. Food because the first shot was of this nice spread of food we had for class. Its hard to see being its upside down and the brightness of the sky with shoes really hogs most of the image. However, you can see the newspaper we spread out to put our cute little dishes on in the left hand side sorta middle of the photo.
Today I will be traveling to Chapel Hill to be with my mom. She is having a major surgery to have a piece of her esophagus removed because it keeps closing up and they are moving her stomach up. Added to that she is 1/2 way through 6 chemo treatments. Lets just say anyone who has went through that kind of chemo treatment I got to just give you a BIG hug. Chemo is hard... I can only hope the best for her what ever that may be.
