Trimming the FAT

I know - I know don't tell me - yes a BORING picture. As just a picture I would consider this rubbish. However, as an explination on HOW I make my ceramic piece more slender in the middle, this picture would be very good.

See I cut my piece from the top to 2/3 down the piece. I made a LONG slender V shape. I removed the V shape clay I cut & then I will PUSH back together and this will make the piece more slender in the middle.

Today, is MONDAY and I will be getting prepared for class. I will go in early since I did not go to the art building this weekend.
