Here is what my French Cowboy featured in yesterdays photo, was shootin' Some kind of wrought iron thing. I suppose it looks like it went to a fancy fence.
The other day i purchased a pack of Polaroid film to use in the pinhole cameras. Its a nifty idea and i tried it out the first one didn't turn out at all. I exposed it too long. The second one almost came out except that i'm having a hard time getting the chemicals ALL the way up the photo. Since i'm taking it into a completely pitch black room and using a roller to distribute the chemicals in the bottom part all the way up the film, it stops bout 2/3 of the way up. So i was thinking i need to get some OLD rollers from an old Polaroid camera. Preferably one that already does not work. I would hate to dissemble one that does work.
Today is starting out nice. I need to go to the store and get some French bread to make this awesome open faced tomato sandwich. I suppose i can go after i go to the art building. I can't wait to get my bike and try & take that to the art building. It will be a bit nerve racking at first since i'm not used to riding a bike beside cars. Here in Richmond there is not much room between the park cars and the street for riding a bike. You are also not allowed to ride it on the sidewalk, which i can understand it is make for people to walk.

excellent shot it feels so vintage.. what polaroid do you use? i was about to buy an sx-70 but its a hassle to use 600 speed film on it.. i dont know where to get polaroid filters..

@neilanie: Ahhhh - thats the thing i use 600 polaroid film IN my pinhole cameras. So i do not use a polaroid camera. Now as for you getting a sx-70 (which by the way is super snazzy with its fold-up ability) there is Time-Zero Film which has a ISO of 150...
Anyway the other thing i want to say about getting a polaroid camera now is the sad fact that in about a year polaroid is going to stop making the film :( - so you best grab those shots now with what ever speed film they have left.)
talking about walkways, cyclists in Singapore cycle on the walkway though it is not allowed.Andmany cyclists have knocked down people without apologies..it is a problem here and it seems nobody is doing anything about it.Anyway,i like this shot too,has a vintage feel to it.I really admire the trouble you go to for photography.:)

The picture looks very gothic to me. I like it too! I could so picture a vampire lurking around here... :) Another great product of another great product you have made!

At the rate things are going riding bikes may be the solution for the crazy gas prices. I love the texture of the structure in the image. You did well.

Great achievement: a macro with a pinhole! Please tell your city authorities to visit Holland, almost every road and path (except the highways) has a parallel bike path, either separate or painted red on the road. Cars are allowed to use the red strip but must drive aside for bikers there. But I read about the suburbs, they are completely designed for car transport, that will be a problem to make them bike-friendly so that you can bike to the supermarket, work or school in less than 15 minutes.

@Illuci: I remember being in Amsterdam and there were bike lanes everywhere - it was so nice to see people get around the city that way instead of always taking a car. Less pollution as well.
Great shot Rabbit and the noise in the photo makes it even more interesting.

@Stunner: hummm the noise - i suppose thats the texture of the paper film that my scanner picks up. I never really think of the old process of photos having noise as digital photos do. However i suppose now that i think about it i can remember when using high ISO numbers the picture grain showing more in those photos.
great work on trying the polaroid angle Little miss Kouneli! The detail in this is delightful...love it
