this is an image from my pinhole camera called Little Wings. This image was exposed for nearly 15minutes. The sun had just gone down so the light was getting dimmer by the minute.
This shot was taken at Maymont park. It was pretty that day but became quit cool once the sun snuck behind the hill.
2nd day of the conference - let's see what have I learned?! Lots and Lots. I've learned bout altering wheel thrown shapes to using a small rubber tipped tool to blend in areas.

Yay for learning a lot at the conference! Your ceramics have always been superb, but now...with all these new tricks in your head....watch out! :) I like this shot too by the way.

very interesting shot.... is the road that curvy or is the effect of little wings?

@Anthony: that is the effect of Little Wings - since the inside of the camera is round the film sits with a curve to it.
Hi Rabbit, this is one of the most beautiful pinholes i ever saw. Thank you for this one. I love the tonal range. You caught everything between B&W. Besides of that the composition is of a kind i could drown in to. GREAT!! Sorry i was off line for a while. I was too busy with work and study.

@Rags: Heres a pictuer of me holding Little Wings in a red light - i'm getting ready to develop pictures. Little Wings is actually pink in color.
For all I enthuse about the digital world, I envy you the excitement of your long processes . . the anticipation, the joy of success like this and the feeling that you have participated all the way thru.

@Ronnie 2¢: The pinhole shots i show here are from pinhole cameras i made out of clay. Here's a picture of 3 of them together.
i am amazed at how the road gets slanted like that,i really appreciate this art of 'stone age photography'...:)

Really a nice shot. Curved streets give a really great atmosphere to the shot. As the noise do !
