Feeling a bit out of sorts i thought i would emphasize my photo to show a bit how i feel. I thought after the effects it looked a bit like someone who was out in the cold holding on to their warm beverage. The mug in this photo is titled Kish Kash.

I was a good girl and did my jog yesterday *after convincing my self it was good for me for at least a half an hour* I think my mind feels a bit wore out as well my creativeness for my pottery has come to a GRINDING HOLT. I know as soon as i sit at the wheel i'll be fine, but its just making myself go into that room and just DOING it. Tomorrow is a busy day - so i do not expect to find myself at the potters wheel but maybe wednesday i will make a date with the LOVE of my Life.
