Show Me That Smile Again on the cat walk

I figured it was bout time to see one of the cute little pinhole cameras up-close. This is the one titled: Show Me That Smile Again. What you are seeing is the lovely shutter cap made from a button using the technique that i did in this shot.


Yesterday i ran - well more like a slow jog, but none the less i did it with enough umph that by the time i reached 15 minutes i was wishing i was closer to home. However i knew i was only bout 5 minutes away. I was to the point i could do a steady good paced jog for 30 minutes, but that was over 2 months ago. I was glad to make it to 20 tho, besides i figured i shouldn't over do it or else i may be to sore to do it agian. Which Since i ran *jogged* tuesday That means Thursday *today* will be the next lucky day (clapping hands in joy - not really, maybe sarcastic joy) but its good for me and i'm 30 so i need to BE or try to BE HEALTHY!

Heck i can outlast most 20 year olds on the dance floor *now you know my secrete that i actually workout*
