Negative thats a positive.

So i fell asleep woke and thought *darnit >.< i didn't develop my 3 pics i took yesterday. So i spread out the banquet of darkroom trays (they already are prepared with chemicals in them) i can keep them easily set aside in my bath room & the chemicals keep for up to a good week... thats when the developer dies. but the rest are good for another week. So with the dark room ready to go in less than 2 minutes i cut off the big light & turn on my little red light & get to work. i hurriedly put in the 3 paper negs and count to bout 100 - - i count b/c this gives me an idea how bad the developer is... if it gets to be bout 150 the count its time to throw it out. However these negatives changed at bout 60.. i just give them a bit more time when i know the chemicals aren't fresh. Then into the stop then the fix... there i leave them sit & examine my find more closely <thinking i have one dark neg whats that a-bout> now i can turn on the big light & look. *giving the room one last look about to make sure no film is out* and flip the switch.

From the water i set them on a little towel and let them dry. I dont' really have a practical way to hang them up so this does fine for now. I don't mind.

So as you see the one dark negative. I was looking at that one and thats from me taking the picture toward the sun. I will say i didn't think this picture was going to turn out - - but to my surprise i think it looks pretty interesting, but you guys will have to wait and see that now wont you.
