Tuba Talk

i couldn't really decided but tooo tired to figure anything out... - i'll write up what this is (besides for the obvious a pink mug) tomorrow. Now i just need some sleep. Zzz Zzz

Ahhh - So i'm finally up and getting ready to drink coffee & make some breakfast. Today is sunny i hope i can get a capture or two of some creepy decorations before people take them down. All the weekends before were rainy so i couldn't do it then :-/ well i guess i could, but i wouldn't know how long to leave the shutter open for an overcast rainy day.

So lets see this shot today is of my mug named Tuba Talk - - this is my mom's Birthday Present. i let her see it early but i had to take it back and glaze it again and then re-fire it. So thats all done & now it can go back to her to be used.

What i couldn't decide on last night was if i liked the pp i did to the background - - i still can't decided on it, i mean its ok i guess. i really like the grey - however i have a hard time when my background is very unrealistic with soemthing that IS realistic. So this is a tough photo for me. I usually try to make my pp work better for me but i think i was to tired to really know what direction i wanted to take.

Thats ok - we all have our days and i think this one is one of my :-/ days.

I would have never know that you did pp ork on this , I thought you just had a super cool glass block table !! I love this mug ...it's SUPER COOL !! I took a quick peak in your shop to see if it was for sale , but now I know it's a present for your mother ...very nice gift indeed and I am sure made with TONS of LOVE !!

This looks great; the mug and its content. Also I think the gray background really works with the pink mug. So this is a pic that clic(k)s. Heh.

What a lovely text again, it's as if I were visiting you in your kitchen and you telling to me what you find about the weather, how you feel, the things you're dealing with and about the mug you use and what you did with it etc. You must be a special kind of person because your craft doesn't require tellings things this way, there's nobody to talk to and talking only distracts from your concentration which is 100% required.
This is also a very good picture for a café to stimulate consumption of capuccino, I feel a strong need for it when I see it. Very well done!
