Bottoms up

Today is image 100 ;D

The other morning as i was making my breakfast (which as you know by now i do religiously) I go to toast my bread *LOVE TOASTED BREAD* and think to myself as i open the lovingly used/abused toaster oven that it needs to be cleaned out - you know all the crumbs just need to be dumped into the trash and a new piece of foil placed into the bottom. I think i should do that when i get home after work today. So just going along while getting other things out for breakfast. i peak over at the toast - i've made a mental note when the bread gets older it has less moisture and therefor it gets toasty or burnt :-/ a bit faster. So as i said doing my check i look over and well the toast is not burnt at least the fire that i'm looking at in the toaster oven has not burnt it yet. A "holy smokes" escapes my mouth *well thats the clean version* and i open the door and blow the small flame out that started from the crumbs on the bottom. Hummm yeah - see i knew it was time to be cleaned out.

This picture is of bisqueware i'm really not sure if thats one word or not. i've not ever really thought about that, thank goodness if i teach i don't have to write many things down - its all HANDS ON experience and examples. The item you see the closest is a shot glass and its name is Dry. They are all turned over because i just waxed the bottoms & it helps me keep up with which ones i've finished, along with giving the wax time to dry.

Lets see in other news - TODAY is my mom's Birthday! So Happy BIRTHDAY MOM! Hope dad does not try to sing to ya and if he does i hope its softly (he's a bit hard of hearing so him singing a song is a quite a challenge - at least to sing it in tune it is)

Cheers,
