Working on a bowl

Humm i think today i shall share a funny story, as i was making breakfast yesterday i noticed i was running behind. So i started to gather the things for breakfast a little quicker. Popping the bread into the toaster oven, the coffee in to the microwave (not something i usually do b/c i think it's icky) and then cracking open an egg into the frying pan. DING - thats the toaster over, i go over get the toasted bread out - place on a plate, put a pat of butter on it - look up at the time - JEEZ i've got to go... check the egg, & turn it over (i'm making it over easy) then whirl about to open the fridge, grab a piece of cheese - toss onto the bread. BEEP BEEP goes the microwave - grab the coffee - look at the time - ok ok i've got to take and eat this on the road. Taste the coffee - EEEEK this needs a bit of sweetener, (thinking i don't want any sugar - ahh i'll get the Splenda) I reach above my stove (cooking the egg) and stretch and stretch to get the Splenda, ahh finally i have it, just barely between my fingers. I pull it the rest of the way down - and then bop--bop--bop--bop. A whole stack of jello boxes fell on top of my head. I laugh and think well at least they didn't break my egg ;)

Lets see here - the bowl has taken shape and now i'm altering it with a wooden stick. The wooden stick is a triangular shape, i'm pressing it from the outside to the middle. I'll be doing that to 4 sides. Then i cut it from the wheel with a piece of wire (similar to a guitar string). It's then placed on a board or as i have it here i just pick up the bat off the wheel head and leave it to dry out for about a day on a shelf.
