A Tisket

Up close and personal with my mug named A Tisket - - any one remember this picture? That was when i was putting the handle on it. Now you get to see it finished and glazed. I really like how it turned out and the set may go into the shop but i've not really decided yet.

Lets see Sunday was quite SUNNY - as the name of the day would imply. My face still feeling a bit like it had been punched one good one right in the middle. Which the Dr. would recommend(as well as friends and family and anyone who has an opinion on the matter of feeling a bit ill or having a cold would say) drink lots of liquids. Yes i know, well it didn't happen. What did i have to drink - Besides the usual EXCELLENT cup of joe with whip-topping (because you only live once (or at least that is was most of us are led to believe)) i had a vanilla cup of tea, then a orange Gatorade, and then one more cup of tea this one was blueberry. Yeah i know i know i need to drink more than 4 glasses in one day. <sigh> i'll try to do better today.

I did get a couple of new ideas for making a cool thing or two out of clay. One of the ideas was to make a set of cups. yeah i know how boring are cups, but these were going to be a bit more exciting. i was thinking some sort of triangle cup - kinda, well, it looks better on my sketch pad than on my comment here... i'm doing a terrible job a trying to describe what i'm thinking as far as triangle cups go.

Cheers to new ideas,
rabbit
