Today i had to make my way over to the drug store, to get an ear cleaning squeeze thing. (humm if i had the box nearby i could read you the name, but i'm sure i put it in the recycling already and well i'm here typing and not standing in the kitchen where that is located so you'll just have to use your imagination as to what its called.) anyway i needed something to maybe clean out my ear. It sorta hurts, but just a little, its hurt a tiny bit for about a week. It also feels itchy on the inside so i had cleaned it with a q-tip (you're NOT suppose to do that tho) like oh 3 or 4 days just once a day... well it still is a bit sore.

NOW FOR SOMETHING completely DIFFERENT - i was in class last week & the teacher was talking of slip trailing. She holds up this little blue bulbus thing (looks like something to clean out babies noses) and says i can help you make one of these - and continures to explain that its from an ear cleaning kit *ahhh you see how this tangent fits into the story now*

So Then i had 2 reasons for getting the ear cleaning kit thing. One to clean my ear and hope that it makes this pain go away and 2 - for the prize in the bottom of the cereal box (so to speak) Do they still even put prizes in the bottoms of cereal boxes or do we just go look up a website for some lame game to play. Well all in all i get more uses out of that little blue thing than just the one or two times someone would use it to clean their ear.

As of now my ear still hurts even after using the cleaning kit thing, i guess if it still hurts tomorrow, i'll call the Dr. - i have had issues in the past when i was a little girl with bad ear infections and the result was hearing loss. So i'll be a bit cautious about this.

This nice honeycomb pattern you see here is a closeup of a 3 sided container i made. I used the underneath side of a tile for the patten. It has that cool honey glaze (how appropriate) with a bit of plum dripped on it here and there.

I decided to put this in the Spot the Pot Shop so if you are curious you may see more pics of what this really looks like.
