A big HELLO to all of my sweet dear photo people.
In this photo i'm working :D i'm getting ready to cut the top of a Spring Box (you work on them upside down) Anyway as you can see i have the spring all lined up ready to slice through and create that cool looking top!
I will hopefully be working again today on some art work ;D maybe finish up my pin-hole cameras (Yup i said it) i've made pin-hole cameras out of clay <insert BIG SMILE here> and well i've got to finish them up so i can test them out for light leaks.
Running off to fix up my pin-hole cameras, rabbit

Wow superb! Fantastic tones and I will have to admit that this is one of the best in this week! So real and subtle! Brilliant, Rabbit.... You have a fan here!

Hello!! Haha Wow your really talented. Do you make clay sculptures?
10 Sep 2007 1:42am
@julina: Humm - sculptures, do pin-hole cameras and 2 spouted teapots count? I usually do not however, if someone inspired or asked me i would. I usually make functional, even if the function isn't typical (such as one really does not need 2 spouts to a teapot).
I do have a few in mind for the future, are you interested in anything in particular?
wow,can wait to see the finished product!!:)

Top shot !!!

Okay - I am loving your self portrait shots!! It is a concept that I find really hard to get my head around...but you have the ability to really capture/create a mood with your portraits that lack self consciousness and just present such a lovely feeling ( maybe because you photograph yourself doing something you are passionate about... ).
Anyways, :) good work! Good luck with your cameras!

concentration and craftmanship and artistry all in one bring two art forms together

Nice picture. I can hear silence from the moment you have captured. I like blure effect you have used too. Good luck!

Superb! This is a lovely composition.

Nice cool DOF used, the blurring results in the viewer focus on the tools and yourself in action! ;) so this is where u always work on your creations?
10 Sep 2007 8:22am
@Anthony: I work on my creations EVERYWHERE ;) I have a wheel at home as well as one i use when i go to class. I also sometimes just pack up a little box with clay and tools or a leather hard piece and take it with me to the park to finish my creations.
Hello :)
I'm impressed by your work! And the photos of your work! Very creative! And a pin-hole camera!! I don't know anyone who made them!

sounds like u create at anywhere , anyplace and anytime! Truely talented u are, can shoot, create and cook. ;) Just too bad, i dun tink can see your creation in Singapore.

@Anthony: well, i would not mind shipping one to you - however i bet the shipping would cost more than the piece of art-work you buy. I looked up the price to ship you an item. If the item were about 3lbs total including box its shipped in, it would be about $25 USD = S$38 SGD
Is this a hobby or your day job? Interesting shot either way! I don't think I could do this. I am not very patient and not very clever with my hands.

What a nice shot of you in the creative mode. My wife and art major daughter have played around with pottery, but nothing like what you do. It is clearly your #1 passion. Thanks for letting us have a privileged glimpse of what you do at the wheel.

Wow, Rabbit, you are a truly gifted lady!! Love this shot so superbly taken of you so skilfully at work! I really admire your fabulous crafting skill. I, on the other hand, when it comes to such crafting work, have two left hands!! :) Really enjoyed your earlier pinhole camera series. Definitely looking forward to seeing these next ones!! :)

woh..shipping to me...feel honored... but ya, like what you say, the shipping cost might not be worth it. Maybe one fine day, i might drop in US and maybe i could really go look at your creations? ;)
