Pretty Pink Piggies

I'm not one to usually paint my nails, however this morning i was looking down past the hem of my green summer dress & thought huh a complimenting color of pink would look cute. So i go and get the dusty box of crazy colored nail polish and sift thru it till i find my amazing pink, that matches my hair. As i'm sitting at the edge of my bed painting my toe nails, i notice how my tea cup named Cut Flowers is sitting there waiting so patiently for me to realize what a darlingly cute moment of girlishness this would be to capture. ~10

Are you sure your toes match your hair? Last time I saw you... you hair needed a boost. Have you ever noticed how long your toes are? Just thought I'd let you know. Nice ceramic by the way.:-D

interesting composition u have there, rather unique but somehow the combination looks nice :)
One suggestion, maybe u can shoot it at and angle, having ur pink toes nails in focus and the nail polish in background but slightly blur off?

Spotted this one in your portfolio and really liked it. It gets better when viewing the large version =D) The detail at the bottom of the cup intrigues me...

@drphoto: Oh thanks for going through the archives. Ah yes i noticed you could see the tea-ball in the bottom of the cup as i was taking this shot and thought it was a special touch.

@Daroru: I was trying to think of an interesting way to take a photo of the tea cup and as i was painting my little toe nails (which i don't really do that often) i was looking down thinking it could just make for a cute photo.
